Famikron specializes on the manufacturing of progressive stamping tools, moulds/patterns for plastic injection, Zamak and aluminium, with great technical expertise and precision, as well and high precision machined parts.

Our products are mainly allocated to the automobile, electronics, electric, domestic and pharmaceutical industry.

Due to the growing market demands and multiple customer requests we build a Test Center with machinery comprised between 45 and 300 tons. This allows for the internal testing of our moulds, the injection of the first samples and pre-production series.

STAMPING TOOLS

We manufacture high quality progressive stamping tools;
We work with sheet ranging from 0.2mm and 3.0mm of thickness;
We fit our stamping tools with as many inserts in the die to streamline the maintenance;
We are educated to suggest the application of punching die with coated steel or tungsten steel in cases of higher hardness materials;
The project proposal presented to our customers strives for the least possible material waste;
The stamping tools trials are carried out in our facilities, we are equipped with 45 to 250 ton Presses.
